Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your DreamWeaver account and all associated data.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your voice clone and voice recordings
- All child profiles you created
- All stories and audio files
- Your subscription is canceled immediately — you will not be charged again
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
Open the DreamWeaver app on your phone and follow these steps:
- 1Go to Settings (gear icon)
- 2Tap Account Settings
- 3Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account
- 4Confirm — your account and all data are permanently deleted
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, request deletion using the account's email address. We'll process it within 30 days.
